Biography

This is Elias's 3rd year with the Royals. Although he is an avid Philadelphia Flyers Fan, he models his game after his favorite player, Tuukka Rask. Off the ice, Elias like to play video games, joke around with his great sense of humor and spend time with his cat Marty. Elias brings a great technical aspect to the goaltender position. He puts himself in the best spot to make the best possible save. His "cool as a cucumber" demeanor in the crease allows him to bounce back from the occasional bad play or bad bounce. It helps him perform under pressure and makes him ideal to backstop the Royals this season. This year Elias wants to work on his crease movements in and out of the crease.
